Entry-model design
Deciding how a company will trade in the market — direct, distributor, agency or joint venture — and what each structure means commercially.
Duration · 3 – 6 Months
From strategy to first revenue. A 3–6 month mandate that establishes your operational presence — qualified partners, a signed commercial structure and a validated first pipeline.
Programme overview
The Market Entry Program is the MS GROUP market entry service for international companies that have decided to enter a market and need disciplined execution rather than further analysis. It converts market evidence into commercial presence.
MS GROUP identifies, qualifies and negotiates with distributors, agents and EPC partners, structures the commercial and pricing framework, and completes the compliance and documentation groundwork required to trade.
The program is designed for manufacturers and suppliers who have validated the opportunity but have no commercial presence in the market yet, and for companies whose existing presence needs to be rebuilt around qualified partners and a defined commercial structure.
Engagement runs as a 3–6 month mandate with a dedicated in-market lead and a monthly steering committee, so decisions are taken with you rather than reported after the fact.
The mandate is measured by activation: signed partners, first orders and a qualified pipeline that a client's own team can inherit or that MS GROUP can continue to manage.
Where no recent validated research exists, entry work follows the Market Intelligence Program. Once presence is established, it continues into the Market Development Program and, over the longer term, the Market Management Program.

Market entry support
Market entry support is not a single activity. Within the Market Entry Program it is a defined sequence of commercial work, each part of which is already part of the MS GROUP scope.
Deciding how a company will trade in the market — direct, distributor, agency or joint venture — and what each structure means commercially.
Building a long list of credible commercial partners against the profile agreed with you, rather than working from a single introduction.
Financial and reputational screening and structured assessment against criteria set before the search begins.
Shaping the commercial and pricing framework so terms, territory, exclusivity and targets are defined before agreements are signed.
Negotiating on your behalf, with legal review coordinated separately. Agreements are signed in your name; MS GROUP acts as your mandated representative.
Registration, certification, documentation and logistics readiness, followed by partner onboarding, technical training and the first qualified opportunities.
Market entry sits inside a wider sequence: Market Intelligence to understand the market, Market Entry to establish presence, Partnership Development and Distribution / Representation to operate it, then Market Development and Market Management for long-term growth. Each stage is contracted as its own program.
