Compliance and Professional Integrity Statement
MS GROUP adopts the following principles in business development, opportunity assessment and building commercial relationships.
Last updated 9 September 2026
Clarity of capacity and scope of work
The company's role and responsibilities in each cooperation are defined by a written agreement. No agency, exclusive representation, partnership or authority to act on behalf of another party is announced without a document supporting it.
Verification before commitment
The identity of counterparties, the powers of their representatives, and the information and documents related to the opportunity are reviewed to the extent appropriate to the nature and risk of the project. Clarifications or additional documents may be requested before a recommendation is made or implementation begins.
Adherence to applicable requirements
The legal and regulatory requirements relevant to each activity are observed, including licensing, import, export, customs and trade restrictions applicable to the parties, products and markets concerned.
The company gives no undertaking to bypass official requirements or to guarantee that approvals will be issued.
Anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
The company does not accept offering or requesting illegitimate amounts or benefits to influence decisions. Fees and commercial commissions are defined clearly and in writing, with disclosure to the parties concerned of interests that could affect the objectivity of the work.
Accuracy of information and publication
We distinguish between documented facts, estimates, and opportunities under study. We do not present companies we are in contact with as actual partners before the relationship is documented and the necessary publication approvals are obtained. Client names, logos and testimonials are used within the permission granted.
Confidentiality of dealings
Commercial information and documents are used within the limits of the agreed purpose, and in line with the Privacy Policy and any relevant confidentiality agreements.
Reporting observations
Any observation regarding the accuracy of information or professional conduct may be sent to info@msgroupglobal.com, with details that help in reviewing it.
