Information we collect

The information you provide may include: name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, country, sector, target markets, and the nature of your request.

Distributor applications may also include information about commercial registration, geographic coverage, sales team, warehouses and distribution means. We also receive any files you choose to attach, such as a company profile or documents about your activity.

The website also uses tools to analyse visits and interactions, as well as technologies to store your language preference. Details are set out in the Cookie Notice.

How do we use the information?

We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess cooperation requests, request clarifications, organise follow-up, and improve and protect the website. Submitting a request does not mean that a partnership or distribution arrangement has been approved.

Sharing information

Requests are accessible to the people authorised to review them, and may be processed by technical services used to operate the website, store data, send email notifications and provide analytics, including Lovable, Supabase services, Resend and Google Analytics.

Processing or hosting may take place outside the applicant's country, depending on the service used. Submitting a request does not grant permission to publish your company name, logo or documents, or to present you as a partner.

Protecting and retaining information

We apply access restrictions and appropriate technical measures to protect information, while recognising that no electronic method provides an absolute guarantee of security.

Data retention is determined by the purpose of the request, the continuation of contact or of the commercial relationship, and any applicable regulatory requirements. The expiry of an attachment link does not mean that the stored file has been deleted.

Privacy requests

You may ask about your data, or request its correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, via info@msgroupglobal.com. We may request appropriate information to verify the identity of the person making the request, and we will explain any constraints that prevent the request from being carried out in full.

Please provide only the necessary information, and do not send passwords, payment card details, or personal information unrelated to the purpose of the request.

We may update this policy when the way we process information changes, indicating the update date of the published version.
